ALL CONCERNED:

Hand throw derail has been installed at east end of siding, Shepherd, and the siding will be used temporarily for loading of wheat in cars.

Flasher circuit west of crossing at depot has been shortened to 20 feet.  Movements on siding from west, upon and over crossing must be stopped after entering circuit and before occupying crossing to allow operation of the flasher signals sufficient to warn approaching traffic on roadway.  No change in circuit east of crossing.

Be governed accordingly.
